From December 18th to January 1st we will be holding a challenge to encourage you to stay active and fit over the holidays. The goal is to accumulate as many points as possible over the course of the 15 days. You can log your activities under the 'challenge' section of your account at

Here is how you can earn points:

- 5 points daily for completing a daily fitness task announced in Triib. This can be completed at Devotion or at home.

- 3 points daily for making it to Devotion and completing the workout of the day (WOD).

- 2 points daily for posting a picture or video of you doing your daily challenge or WOD to social media and adding the hashtag #12daysofdevotion.

- 5 points for completing a holiday challenge. There are 7 holiday challenges that can be completed over the course of the 12 days. You will get 5 points for each one you complete and post to social media.


1st Place: $100 gift card to lululemon. 3 *get out of WOD free* cards. Winner shirt.

2nd Place: Black card to lululemon good for a shirt or pant of your choice. 2 *get out of WOD free* cards. Winner shirt.

3rd Place: Card for free underwear from lululemon. 1 *get out of WOD free* card. Winner shirt.

*get out of WOD free= a coupon to use on a day when you want to WOD but don't want to do the workout. Simply flash the coach your card and you can "get out of the WOD" (or part of the WOD) You can complete your own alternative workout in the big gym with your buddies as they suffer without you.

Daily Goals


Social Media Post

2 points: Post a picture, video or something showing you completed your WOD or challenge today. Be sure to add the hashtag #12daysofdevotion so everyone can find it!

Complete today's WOD at CFD

3 points: Attend a class at Devotion and complete the WOD. Don't forget to log your score in Triib!

Complete Today's Challenge

5 points: Everyday, a small fitness challenge will be posted in Triib. You may do it before/after class or at home.

Weekly Bonus Work

Each day the gym is open, complete the daily challenge for the week. You can earn one point per day. Work had to be completed at CFD (unless you are on vacation). Max 5 points per week.

Set 3 Goals

5 points: Determine 3 things you want to be better at next year and post it to social media with the hashtag #12daysofdevotion.

10 Burpees In Public

5 points: Take a video of yourself doing 10 Burpees in a public place and post to social media. Be sure to add the hashtag #12daysofdevotion so we can see it!

50 Jumping Jacks

5 points: Complete 50 jumping jacks in the dairy section of a grocery store and post the video to social media. Be sure to use the hashtag #12daysofdevotion so we can see it!

Take A Picture With Santa

5 points: Get your picture taken with Santa and post it to social media with the hashtag #12daysofdevotion

Pay It Forward

5 points: Buy a stranger a cup of coffee to pay it forward. Honor system- no posting to social media for this one. Unless you want to creepily hide behind a counter and take a picture of them drinking it. . .


5 points: Donate some of your time to a worthy cause. Post a picture or video and use the hashtag #12daysofdevotion

Holiday Overhead Squat

5 points: Overhead squat something in front of your holiday decorations and post a picture of it to social media with the hashtag #12daysofdevotion.

WOD @ a different CFD Location

Join a class at a different CFD location. Take a picture before or after your WOD and post it with #12daysofdevotion

Healthy Snacking Post

Take a picture of yourself enjoying a healthy snack. Against selfies? Just snap a picture of your delicious snack and post it using #12daysofdevotion

Bring a Friend

Bring a new friend to the gym to WOD with you. Take a picture together and post it on social media with #12daysofdevotion
