Odd: 8-10 deadlifts
Even: 15-20 sit ups (8-10 toes to bar)


DB/KB-
Odd: 10-12 RDL (stiff legged deadlifts)
Even: 15-20 sit ups

Body weight-
Odd: 20 good mornings OR 10 single leg glute bridges each side
Even: 15-20 sit ups


B. 5 Rounds for Time
-50 double unders (100 single unders/75 jumping jacks)
-10 deadlifts (or variation used above)
-10 burpees
