Front rack alternating lunges 
Bent over rows/pull ups


DBs or KB:
Thrusters/goblet squat
DB/goblet alternating lunges
Renegade rows/single arm bent over row with KB


Body weight:
Air squats
Alternating lunges 
Shoulder taps (alternating)



-complete 20 reps of each movement, then 18,6.... until you complete the last round of 2.

*choose your variation based off of the equipment you have!
